Our Vision

We are a community that reflects God’s healing love for those who have walked away from the church.

Our Mission

We make disciples of Jesus in Downtown Lynchburg by:

  • Reaching the dechurched in our community

  • Growing them in the gospel and healing fellowship

  • Equipping them to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with our God

  • Sending them back on his mission

Our Values

  • We are driven by the ministry of the Word, sacrament, and healthy discipleship (2 Corinthians 4:1–6)

  • We strive for biblical and theological accuracy (2 Timothy 2:15)

  • We live by the ordinary means of grace (Acts 2:42)

  • We practice Christian charity (Colossians 1:3–4)

  • We are united in the essentials of the Christian faith (Ephesians 4:1–6)

  • We evangelize all people for the sake of Christ’s glory (John 10:16)

  • We lead with humility and grace (1 Peter 5:1–11)

  • We are resilient in our ministry (2 Corinthians 4:16–18)

  • We are connected with our presbytery and denomination (1 Timothy 4:14)

  • We care for the souls of others (2 Corinthians 1:3–7)

We are an Evangelical Presbyterian Church Plant, planting gospel hope in Downtown Lynchburg.

As part of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, we are Presbyterian, Reformed, Evangelical, and Missional.
